The draft law (Reg. No. 0914) suggests including to the list of personal (self-governmental) authorities of executive bodies of village, township, and city councils the authority on accountability of immovable property objects regardless of their ownership form, excluding such authorities from the number of delegated ones. It was also suggested to include authority on conducting technical inventory to the list of authorities of the abovementioned bodies.
The Committee members agreed with an opinion on the need to strengthen authorities of local self-government authorities.
MPs took into consideration the fact that this bill was adopted as a basis by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of previous convocation.
